Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia and with a regional office in Washington, DC, SDC is an award-winning, prolific, certified woman-owned small business, powered by an experienced and credentialed team of professionals. Since 2002, SDC has provided expert project-specific and general consulting on planning, site design, water, energy, materials and indoor environmental quality issues for sustainable design and operations. SDC also provides lectures, workshops and trainings on a wide range of green building topics. SDC’s services are currently expanding to address the needs of our building industry and climate more fully.
